Official Intelligence Technologies
Privacy Policy
Effective July 21, 2026. This policy explains how Official Intelligence Technologies, Inc. handles information when you use Your Potential AI.
1. Information we collect
We may collect account and profile details, content you submit or generate, business and company-profile information, support messages, subscription status, and information you provide when connecting an integration. We also collect usage, device, browser, IP address, timestamp, and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Stripe processes payment-card information for paid subscriptions. We receive billing identifiers and payment or subscription status, but we do not store your full card number.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and personalize the service; produce the output and actions you request; authenticate accounts; process subscriptions; communicate about service, billing, and security; provide support; enforce limits; detect fraud or abuse; analyze reliability; and meet legal obligations.
3. AI processing
Prompts, uploaded material, and relevant context may be sent to AI service providers to create the output you request. AI providers process that information under their own terms and data-use commitments. Do not submit sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request and you have authority to use it.
4. Integrations and actions
If you connect a third-party service, we may process the credentials, configuration, and data needed to support that connection. We use a connection to perform an external action only when the feature supports that action and you request it. Third-party services have their own privacy practices. Disconnecting an integration prevents new requests, but legal, security, or backup retention may still apply.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support hosting, databases, AI processing, payments, email, analytics, and security; with third parties you choose to connect; during a corporate transaction; or when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and the service.
6. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No internet service is completely secure. We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and financial recordkeeping. Retention periods vary by data type and obligation.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You may update available profile information, manage integrations, and cancel a subscription through the service. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. To make a request, email privacy@yourpotentialai.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
8. Legal bases and business requests
Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar law applies, we rely on contract performance to provide requested services, legitimate interests for security and service improvement, consent for optional processing, and legal obligation where required. You may withdraw consent where it is the legal basis. Business customers may request information about a data processing agreement by emailing legal@official-intelligence.com.
9. Cookies and similar technology
We use cookies and similar storage necessary for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technology, we will provide any notice and choices required by applicable law.
10. Children and international use
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable transfer safeguards.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. We will post the revised policy and update its effective date, and provide additional notice when required. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to privacy@yourpotentialai.com.
