Monthly subscriptions
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid billing period. Charges already processed are generally non-refundable.
One-time credit packs
One-time credit packs are delivered to your account after Stripe confirms payment. Packs are additive, remain available until consumed during the life of your account, and do not renew automatically. Because digital credits are delivered for immediate use, a pack is generally non-refundable after it has been credited, subject to applicable law and the billing-error exceptions below.
Billing errors and exceptions
Contact admin@yourpotentialai.com within 7 days of a charge if you were billed in error, experienced a duplicate charge, or could not access the paid service because of a verified platform failure. We review these requests individually.
How to request help
Include your account email, charge date, amount, and a brief explanation. Do not email payment card numbers. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and processing time depends on the payment provider.
