Refund Policy

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid billing period. Charges already processed are generally non-refundable.

Contact support@yourpotentialai.com within 7 days of a charge if you were billed in error, experienced a duplicate charge, or could not access the paid service because of a verified platform failure. We review these requests individually.

Include your account email, charge date, amount, and a brief explanation. Do not email payment card numbers. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and processing time depends on the payment provider.
